Returns

We do not offer returns on any products as they are physician dispensed items which cannot be exchanged or returned.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shopdiamondfaceinstitute.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order you have placed, you must contact customer support via email at hello@shopdiamondfaceinstitute.com .  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not yet shipped.  Your email request to cancel must include your name, the order number and your contact information (full address and phone number).  Please note that if your order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
